ii) Bill Express, where you can pay multiple bills in one location, either in-store or online, and

Bill Express is a multiple bill payment service operating in the markets of Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana and St. Lucia. It is a one-stop shop for major bill payments including electricity, telephone, water, cable and internet service.
Bill Express is a product offered by GraceKennedy Money Services, agents for Western Union and owners of FX Trader Cambio. GraceKennedy Money Services is a subsidiary of GraceKennedy & Co. Ltd.
Bill Express is available in Jamaica, Guyana, St. Lucia and Trinidad & Tobago.
Yes. Bill Express ensures that an “Agency Collection Agreement” is duly executed before commencement of collections on behalf of a “Payee”.
Customer payment information is sent to the Billing Company within 24 hours of receipt.
There is no cost to the customer.
Your ID is needed to verify your identity. This helps to protect customers from identity theft and unscrupulous persons trying to conduct transactions in other person’s names. Please remember to keep all IDs valid (not expired).
When buying or selling foreign currency, only government issued IDs are acceptable such as Driver’s License, Passport and National ID (Voter’s ID). All IDs must be valid.
In asking for this information, the intent is never to invade our customers’ privacy. Under Section 15 of the Financial Obligations Regulations, amended in 2019, certain due diligence requirements must be undertaken for all transactions. Source of funds information is required for compliance with the Regulations.
Customers may change any amount of money at FX Trader. A valid ID and Source of Funds information is required in order to be compliant with existing legislation.
We take great care to protect our customers’ sensitive information. FX Trader will never disclose information on our customers to any third party unless mandated to do so by law.
All customers receiving transfers must present valid identification. The Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) must also be provided. This number is unique to your transaction; ensure you have an MTCN from your sender.
All customers collecting transfers must provide a Government issued ID.
All customers receiving money must provide the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), their sender’s name, where the money was sent from, as well as the amount sent.
Transfers collected in Trinidad and Tobago are paid only in the domestic currency (TTD).

Yes. All Western Union locations are cash-issued locations. We do not pay in the form of cheques. You may also receive money directly in your bank account by signing up for our Direct to Bank service. Sign up here.
No. You can also utilize our Direct to Bank service. This way your money will be transferred directly to your bank account.
Yes. Transfers can be sent to any country where there is a Western Union location. However, there are some countries with limitations/restrictions.
Transfers being sent out of Trinidad and Tobago can be done using TTD, USD or a mixture of both currencies only at Cambio/FX Trader locations. Non-Cambio locations will only accept USD.
While there are no limits to sending, there are special requirements when sending over certain amounts
Yes. Customers who fail to produce all the required documents and information will not be able to complete the transaction.
Under Section 15 of the Financial Obligations Regulations as amended 2019, certain due diligence requirements must be undertaken for all transactions. This includes standard and enhanced due diligence requirements. Source of funds documents are required for transactions over US$5000.
Individuals under 18 years are not permitted to send or receive transactions.
As a money service provider, we take the necessary steps to minimize risks to our customers. We are 100% committed to protecting you from fraud.
Receivers in Trinidad and Tobago can receive up to $5000 USD and over (or the TTD equivalent), singular and in aggregate in a single calendar year, must provide the following before funds can be paid out:
o a. 2 Primary IDs:
-Nationals: (Only Passports, National Identification and Driver’s Permits / Licenses accepted)
-Non-nationals: Passports (Mandatory); and either of the following National Identification or Driver’s Permits / Licenses accepted
o b. Proof of Address (Accepted Utility Bills: FLOW, TSTT, T&TEC, DIGIPLAY, WASA; or BANK STATEMENT with address)
o c. Provide appropriate responses to Mandatory Compliance Questions
